Enjoy Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse fine-dining located in Sunset Station. This building occupies part of the former Palace Hotel.

Staybridge Suites Hotel
Staybridge Suites hotels are proud to announce a brand new location at the Historic Sunset Station. This all-suite hotel is next to the Alamodome and minutes from the famed River Walk.

The River Walk
Commonly called the Heart of Downtown San Antonio, the River Walk is just minutes from Sunset Station.

The Alamo
Established in 1718 as the city’s first mission. The Alamo is the site of the famous battle between 189 defenders and Mexican General Santa Anna’s army. This museum is considered the most famous spot in Texas. 

The Alamodome
The former home to the San Antonio Spurs, the Alamodome’s unique architecture is clearly visible from St. Paul Square.

The Cameo Theatre
Built in 1940 to serve the needs of the East side of San Antonio, it had both a vaudeville stage and a movie screen.

Rivercenter Mall 
This indoor/outdoor shopping mall features numerous shops and is within walking distance from Sunset Station.

Institute of Texan Cultures
The Institute of Texan Cultures, one of the three campuses of The University of Texas at San Antonio, is a museum dedicated to enhancing the understanding of cultural history, science, and technology and their influence upon the people of Texas.

Tower of Americas
Originally built for the 1968 Hemisfair, the 750 ft. tall tower is a San Antonio icon.

Carver Community Center
Dedicated to the arts, the Carver Center is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Amtrak
The Texas Eagle route makes 26 stops, between Chicago and San Antonio, on the 1,308- mile daily segment of its route. Amtrak’s San Antonio station is in St. Paul Square, between the Sunset Station facility and the Alamodome.
