1. Where can I park?
Sunset Station has over a thousand parking spaces
throughout our lots. Charges apply on all Sunset Station
Lots for Alamodome event days. Please ask your parking
attendant for any current offers or specials. There
are an ample amount of accessible parking spaces available
on site. Both the City of San Antonio and VIA operate
additional parking lots in the area. Preferred and
valet parking may be available for some events.
2. What is the rain policy?
All concerts and public events at Sunset Station are
rain or shine.
3. What about guests with disabilities?
Sunset Station is in full compliance with all ADA
regulations. We appreciate at least 3 weeks advance
notification prior to a show to secure a sign language
interpreter for guests with hearing impairments. Please

4. What can I NOT bring to Sunset Station?

- Video and audio recorders
- No weapons including pocket knives.
5. What type of food/beverage
is sold at Sunset Station?
In addition to the Full-Service Catering Operations
of Historic Sunset Station, there are a wide array
of food & beverage options available.
6. What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is permissible in designated outdoor areas
at Sunset Station.
7. What is the dress code?
When attending a concert, casual dress is encouraged that caters to existing weather conditions. Other items which include but are not limited to wallet chains, spiked bracelets or spiked necklaces will be asked to be removed at doorman’s discretion.
8. Can guests drink alcohol at Sunset Station?
Yes, patrons of age 21 or over may consume alcohol purchased from Sunset Station or one of its restaurant partners. No Food or Beverages are allowed to be brought onto the grounds.
9. Is there an ATM at Sunset Station?
Yes, there is an ATM located on the facility.
10. Are cameras and other recording equipment allowed?
Cameras and recording devices are not allowed. On designated shows, amateur still cameras may be allowed. Please call 210-222-9481 in advance for specific details.
11. What are the Sunset Station Box Office/Information Desk hours?
Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm,
